Our offices are located in Hong Kong, Belgrade and Limassol. When working with global teams, we do conference calls. We do travel when needed, however we are kind to the planet and avoid travel, especially air travel when possible.

Jelena Lucic, MSc.
Jelena Lucic is a strategic partner who turns complex international regulatory and environmental challenges into scalable, measurable, and impactful business solutions globally. Jelena is currently serving as a CEO of the Centre for Excellence in Sustainability and Innovate Voronoi, where she architects ESG strategies, operational implementation, and complex compliance frameworks—including CSRD, CBAM, DPP/ESPR, and CSDDD—for multinational enterprises and SMEs.
With over 22+ years of cross-continental experience spanning China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Cyprus and Europe, she has lead various programs of blue-chip companies through sustainable supply chain transformation, supplier regulatory compliance, best practices and benchmarking, due diligence and decarbonisation.

Gianluca Giorgi, Ing.
Gianluca Giorgi is the CEO of ES Automation Consulting Ltd and a senior mentor in Robotics, Automation, AI, and Industrial Innovation. With 40+ years of experience across Europe and Asia, he has led major automation projects for global manufacturers and guided companies through digital transformation.
He serves on the Board of the European Chamber of Commerce in China – South China Chapter, leading initiatives on innovative industrial technologies. Gianluca holds MIT diplomas in Blockchain Technologies (2021) and AI & Data Science (2024), specializing in industrial traceability, neural networks, and advanced data analysis.
His career spans roles at IBM, GE Fanuc, and multiple European industrial leaders, with deep expertise in automation software, digital twins, MES, AI-driven optimization, and blockchain-certified processes. Today, he drives the development of next-generation industrial solutions for European, US, and Asian markets.

Milos Tipsarevic, CEng.
Milos Tipsarevic is a Chartered Engineer (CEng, IMechE) and international expert in carbon accounting, MRV system development, and decarbonisation strategy, with 28 years of cross-industry experience across Europe, the CIS, and Central Asia. As a Senior Industry Advisor under the EBRD's International Advisory Programme, he has led the design of Scope 1, 2 and 3 decarbonisation strategies for major industrial clients, aligned with SBTi and CBAM compliance.
Since 2023, he has advised the Serbian Chamber of Commerce on a national GHG Protocol programme and co-founded CBAM Tracker in 2024—an integrated data-management platform that has reduced CBAM tax exposure for EU importers by up to 30% and prepared over 100 producers for carbon reporting and verification. He holds an MSc in Advanced Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London and is a Registered Senior Industry Advisor with the EBRD. He works internationally through Simmtex Consulting and CBAM Tracker.

Nik Dimi, PM
Nikola is a seasoned Sustainability Project Manager with over 16 years of experience, bringing hardware products from concept to mass manufacturing phase and hands-on implementation of Ecodesign for Sustainable Product Regulation. He worked with multinational corporations for their Net Zero Carbon journeys and specializes in developing robust methodologies for evaluating upstream supply chains, with a core technical focus on Carbon Accounting, Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) analysis, and Life-Cycle Assessments (LCA), as well as Sustainable Procurement Criteria. His extensive hands-on experience from China across 200+ hardware projects makes him a highly qualified expert for sustainability of suppliers and manufacturers.
